General Terms

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition, tags and packaging
• To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal
• Refunds are processed once the return has been received
• A refund confirmation email will be sent to you

For Hong Kong

• Returns shipping is free

For International Returns

• A flat fee for of US$35 (or equivalent flat fee conversion based on your original payment currency) for DHL return shipping will be deducted from your refund

If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment.
