3. | Payment & Currency

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other authorised providers.

Prices are displayed in the local currency of the customer’s location, including applicable taxes and duties where relevant. You will be charged in the currency shown at checkout.

Ray of Hours Limited receives payment in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), and exchange rates are applied by our payment processors at the time of transaction. We do not apply additional currency conversion fees.

4. | Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Shipping times vary by destination.

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning VAT and import duties are included in the price and prepaid for a seamless delivery experience.

5. | Warranties & Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

For general returns, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.

6. | Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ray of Hours Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
